  2. Decide your day before it decides you
     “It’s going to be one of those days…” → you already chose
     “Today will be steady.” → you chose again
  3. Fuel, not fumes
     Coffee + muffin = crash
     Protein = stable energy, better mood, fewer cravings
  4. Scroll or sleep
     “I should go to bed…”
     → then you scroll
     → then you wake up tired
     → then the whole cycle repeats
